Nankai Rosehip Cocktail
A wonderfully balanced cocktail using rosehip-infused Nankai Shochu, Cocchi Americano, Lemon and Simple Syrup. Nankai is perfect for infusions and rosehips combined with black sugar shochu is reminiscent of a Japanese umeshu wine.

Instructions
To prep the infusion, steep rosehip tea in Nankai Shochu for 30 minutes, or until the color becomes a ruby red.
Combine rosehip-infused Nankai Shochu, Cocchi Americano, lemon, and simple syrup in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir well to chill.
Strain into coupe glasses and serve.
Notes
Divide ingredient volume by 4 for a single serving.
