Shochu 50/50 Martini

From Jason Yu's original post:
“I recently had a little rediscovery with a fantastic Japanese spirit. Last week, @nankaishochuofficial stopped by and reminded me just how good Shochu is.
The spirit generally falls between the 20-30% ABV category (Some get to 40%. This Shochu sits at 24%.), so it’s not crazy, crazy potent. But what this shochu tones down in naughty juice more than makes up for in character, body, and flavor.
Continuing with the lighter, low ABV cocktails, a 50/50 Shochu martini sounded perfect for this rainy LA afternoon. Cheers, everyone!”
