Shiso-jito

A Japanese Mojito made with Nankai Shochu, shiso, and lime. Refreshing and lower calories, so it's perfect for the summer. Nankai Shochu is made from kokuto sugar, so it's a single-distiled cousin to rum.

Notes

Pro-tip: You can also make a boozier version with Nankai Gold for a decadent Shiso-jito. It would add an additional 40 calories.
