The Nankai Mangrove: Shochu and Tonic

Created by beloved Japanese bartender Masaya Yagishita as a shochu riff on the classic gin and tonic. An excellent cocktail for summer and dinner. This shochu cocktail is perfectly balanced with lime, spearmint and the tropical aromas of black sugar.
