Nankai Wasabi Sour

One of our best creations which was invented during an event at a Thai eatery in North Hollywood, CA. It combines Nankai Shochu, lemon, simple syrup and wasabi salt for a simple but incredible cocktail.

  • Cocktail Shaker



  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
    3 oz Nankai Shochu, 1 oz Simple Syrup, 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 1-2 pinches Wasabi Salt
  • Add ice.
  • Shake well to dissolve wasabi salt.
  • Strain and serve in a coupe glass.
