Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Nankai Gold
  • 0.5 oz Cynar
  • 0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 bar spoons Pumpkin Jam Trader Joe's brand
  • 1 piece Orange Peel

Instructions

  • Combine Nankai, Cynar, lemon, and pumpkin jam in a shaker with ice.
    1.5 oz Nankai Gold, 0.5 oz Cynar, 0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 3 bar spoons Pumpkin Jam
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Double strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Flame and express orange peel over glass, and discard peel.
