Combining our kokuto shochu with a pineapple shrub, Bianco vermouth and lychee liqueur creates a complex and satisfying drink perfect for fighting this summer heat. PINEAPPLE LYCHEE MARTINI 2 oz Nankai Shochu 0.5 oz Pineapple Shrub 0.5 oz Bianco Vermouth 0.25 oz Lychee Liqueur Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir well to chill and add dilution. We love shochu and we love our jobs, but after 7 y We love shochu and we love our jobs, but after 7 years, we took our first big vacation. We traveled through France, Upper Bavaria, and Italy. And of course, we spent much of it trying new drinks. In France we enjoyed wines, beers, and Lillet cocktails. In Bavaria, we fell in loves with local beers, single malt Bavarian whiskey, and Radlers. In Italy, we drank beer, spritzes (my favorite was with a Venetian aperitif called Select), sambuca, grappa and wine (especially the local varietals in Cinque Terre).
