MEDAMA OYAJI (Old Man Eyeball) 1 oz Nankai Shochu 1 oz Soho Lychee Liqueur 1 Lychee 1 Luxardo or Maraschino Cherry Splash of Grenadine Combine Nankai Shochu and lychee liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. (Multiply the oz by the number of shots you want to make to batch it.) Shake well to chill and dilute. Pour into shot glass. Place the cherry inside the lychee and garnish the shot. Splash grenadine over the lychee to make it look like a bloody eyeball. Boo(m)! FROM JULIA 1 oz Nankai Shochu 1 oz Nankai Gold 1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth 1 barspoon Dolin Genepy Combine and stir with a large cube of ice. Garnish with a shiso leaf. Combining our kokuto shochu with a pineapple shrub, Bianco vermouth and lychee liqueur creates a complex and satisfying drink perfect for fighting this summer heat. PINEAPPLE LYCHEE MARTINI 2 oz Nankai Shochu 0.5 oz Pineapple Shrub 0.5 oz Bianco Vermouth 0.25 oz Lychee Liqueur Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir well to chill and add dilution.
