The Nankai Greyhound is the shochu cocktail recipe version of the classic Greyhound. It’s a favorite among the Nankai team because it’s so easy to make and illustrates how well Nankai mixes into cocktails. The key here is the salt and the citrus pulling out all the black sugar flavors from Nankai Shochu. Absolutely delicious.
